These Terms of Service explain the agreement between you (parent/guardian) and NeuverraX VerraMinds. By enrolling your child in our programs, you agree to these terms. We've written them in clear, simple language because we believe parents deserve transparency.
1. About VerraMinds
VerraMinds is a holistic child development initiative by NeuverraX, designed for children aged 5-14. We offer:
- Abacus Mastery: Expert face-to-face instruction combined with AI-powered practice tools
- Wisdom Stories, BrainGym, Wellness Buddy, Creative Canvas, Family Connect: Additional programs (coming soon)
Our mission: Nurture complete child development through expert teaching and thoughtful use of technology.
2. Parent/Guardian Consent Required
Important: By creating an account and enrolling your child, you confirm that:
- ✅ You are the parent or legal guardian of the child
- ✅ You are at least 18 years old
- ✅ You have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
- ✅ You consent to your child's participation in our programs
3. Age Requirements and Account Management
3.1 Age Restrictions
- Programs designed for ages 5-14
- Under 13: Must have explicit parent/guardian consent and supervision
- Ages 13-17: May use programs with parent/guardian knowledge and consent
3.2 Parent Account Responsibility
As the parent/guardian, you are responsible for:
- Creating and managing your child's account
- Keeping login credentials secure
- Monitoring your child's use of our programs
- All activities under your account
- Updating account information as needed
3.3 Family Plans
Family subscription plans allow multiple children from the same family. Each child gets their own learning profile while you manage everything from one parent account.
4. Educational Programs and Services
4.1 Program Delivery
Abacus Mastery:
- Face-to-face instruction by experienced teachers (12+ years expertise)
- AI-powered practice platform (Abacus Sensei) for at-home practice
- Progress tracking and parent reports
- Regular assessments and feedback
Future Digital Programs:
- AI-enhanced learning experiences
- Age-appropriate content curated by educators
- Interactive and engaging formats
4.2 What We Provide
- High-quality educational content
- Expert instruction and guidance
- Progress monitoring and reporting
- Parent support and communication
4.3 What We Don't Guarantee
While we work hard to deliver excellent education:
- Individual learning results vary based on effort, practice, and natural ability
- We cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes or competition results
- Technology may occasionally experience disruptions (we'll fix them quickly!)
Our Commitment: If technical issues prevent access for more than 24 hours, we'll extend your subscription or provide makeup sessions at no cost.
5. Payment Terms and Subscriptions
5.1 Pricing
- Abacus Mastery: Face-to-face classes (pricing varies by location and batch)
- Digital Programs: Free trials available, then subscription-based (₹499/month or ₹4,999/year typical)
- Family Plans: Available for multiple children at discounted rates
5.2 Payment Methods
We accept:
- Credit/Debit cards (processed securely via Razorpay)
- UPI (India)
- Net Banking (India)
- Digital wallets
5.3 Subscription Auto-Renewal
If you choose a subscription:
- It automatically renews at the end of each billing period
- You'll be charged using your saved payment method
- You can cancel anytime before the next billing date
- No charges after cancellation
5.4 Free Trials
- Some programs offer free trial periods
- No credit card required for trials (where available)
- You can cancel before trial ends with no charges
- One trial per family per program
6. Refund Policy
Parent-Friendly Refund Policy:
6.1 Face-to-Face Programs (Abacus Classes)
- Before Program Starts: Full refund if you cancel before the first class
- Within First Week: 80% refund if not satisfied after first session
- After First Week: Pro-rated refund for unused classes
- Emergency Situations: We're understanding - contact us to discuss
6.2 Digital Subscriptions
- Within 7 Days: Full refund if not satisfied (no questions asked)
- After 7 Days: No refund, but you can cancel to stop future charges
- Annual Plans: Pro-rated refund within first 30 days
6.3 Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Email info@neuverrax.com with your request
- Include your account email and reason (helps us improve!)
- We'll process within 5-7 business days
- Refund appears in your account within 7-10 business days
7. Child Safety and Content Standards
7.1 Our Child Safety Commitment
- ✅ All content is age-appropriate and educational
- ✅ No inappropriate ads or external links
- ✅ No chat features or unmoderated communication between children
- ✅ Teachers and staff undergo background verification
- ✅ We follow best practices for online child safety
7.2 Parent Monitoring
We encourage you to:
- Review your child's learning materials
- Monitor screen time (we provide usage reports)
- Sit with younger children during online sessions
- Check progress reports regularly
7.3 Acceptable Use by Children
Children using our programs should:
- Use programs for learning purposes only
- Treat teachers, staff, and other students respectfully
- Not share account login with others
- Not attempt to disrupt or misuse our services
8. Screen Time and Wellness Guidelines
Healthy Screen Time Recommendations:
- Ages 5-7: 30-45 minutes per day maximum
- Ages 8-10: 45-60 minutes per day maximum
- Ages 11-14: 60-90 minutes per day maximum
- Break Reminder: Take 5-minute breaks every 20-30 minutes
Our programs include:
- Built-in break reminders
- Eye rest prompts (20-20-20 rule)
- Posture reminders
- Session time limits (can be customized by parents)
9. Cancellation and Account Termination
9.1 Your Right to Cancel
You can cancel your child's account anytime:
- Through parent dashboard settings
- By emailing info@neuverrax.com
- No penalties or fees for cancellation
- Access continues until end of current billing period
9.2 Our Right to Terminate
We may suspend or terminate accounts if:
- Terms of Service are violated
- Payment issues aren't resolved
- Account is used inappropriately or illegally
- We discontinue a program (you'll get refund/alternative)
9.3 After Termination
- You can export your child's progress data (30-day window)
- We'll delete personal data per our Privacy Policy
- Anonymized learning data may be retained for research
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 Our Content
All content, materials, and programs are owned by NeuverraX and protected by copyright laws. You may:
- ✅ Use materials for your child's personal learning
- ❌ NOT copy, distribute, or sell our materials
- ❌ NOT use for commercial purposes
- ❌ NOT share login credentials with others
10.2 Your Child's Work
Your child retains ownership of their creative work (drawings, stories, etc.). By using our services, you grant us permission to:
- Display work within our platform (with privacy settings you control)
- Use anonymized work samples for improving our programs
- We'll never use your child's work for advertising without your explicit permission
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 Our Commitment to Quality
We work hard to provide excellent education. However, like all services:
- Technology may occasionally have disruptions
- Individual learning outcomes vary
- We can't guarantee specific test scores or competition results
11.2 Liability Limits
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months or ₹10,000, whichever is greater. This doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Indian law.
Problems? Talk to Us First: If you're not happy with something, please contact us before taking legal action. Most issues can be resolved quickly through friendly conversation!
12. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do:
- We'll email you about significant changes
- Post updated Terms with new "Last Updated" date
- For major changes, we'll ask for your agreement again
- Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms
13. Governing Law and Disputes
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction: Courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
13.2 Dispute Resolution
If there's ever a problem:
- Talk to Us First: Email info@neuverrax.com - we'll work it out!
- Mediation: If needed, we'll try mediation before legal action
- Arbitration: Disputes may be resolved through arbitration in Pune, India
13.3 Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other Indian consumer laws.
