VerraMinds is a holistic child development initiative by NeuverraX, offering programs for children aged 5-14. Our current programs include:

Billing information for paid programs (processed securely by Razorpay)

Practice session data (to help teachers adjust instruction)

Parent Control: You decide what information to share. You can use our programs with minimal data - just a first name and age group if you prefer!

Like most websites, we automatically collect:

Device type and browser (to ensure the site works properly)
General location (city/state only, for class scheduling)
Usage patterns (which programs are most popular, to improve them)

Important: We do NOT track your child's activity across other websites or apps.

Ages 13-17: Requires parent/guardian consent for enrollment

6.1 Payment Processing

Razorpay (India): Securely processes payments. We never see or store your complete credit card numbers.

6.2 Educational Tools (If Applicable)

For Abacus Sensei: AI-powered practice platform (hosted in India, complies with this privacy policy)
For Future Programs: We will only use child-safe, privacy-compliant tools and will update this policy

6.3 Face-to-Face Programs

For in-person Abacus classes, your child's learning happens primarily offline. We only store attendance and progress information.

7. Data Retention

We keep your child's information only as long as necessary:

Active Accounts: While your child is enrolled in programs
Learning Progress: Until you request deletion or 1 year after program completion
Account Information: Until you delete the account
After Deletion: We permanently delete all personal data within 30 days

Want to keep progress reports? You can export your child's learning data before deleting the account. Just ask us!

8. Your Rights Under Indian Law

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023, you have additional protections:

Right to access your child's data

VerraMinds primarily serves families in India. If you're accessing from outside India:
